Cut broccoli, beetroot and carrot as per required size.
Heat a table spoon of olive oil in a pan and add in broccoli and carrot. Sprinkle light salt.
Cover and let it steam cook. Once the rawness is gone, remove from pan. Then add beetroot and steam cook.
Once done mix all three veggies. Use ranch dressing if required.
NOTES:I cook the beetroot seperately as the beet spills colour to other vegetables and I like to keep my vegies looking colourful. So its a purely personal choice you can even cook all three together smile emoticon
